This is the personal website of Yves Segers (Destelbergen, Belgium), who is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address and, where applicable, phone number, organisation and the content of your message.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where needed, to correspond with you about it. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Your data is never sold or used for marketing.
Processors
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to us by email. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Only the data needed for the website to function is shared with these providers.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than two years after our last contact.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Fonts are loaded locally. YouTube videos are only loaded after you click the play button; from then on, the YouTube (Google) privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. To do so, please use the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
